Although most people have their blood pressure measured at the doctor’s office once a year, many people aren’t sure what the numbers mean in relation to their overall health. However, blood pressure readings are easy to understand if you know the blood pressure basics.

A blood pressure reading consists of the measurements of two kinds of blood pressure: systolic pressure, which is the pressure in your arteries when your heart muscle contracts, and diastolic pressure, which is the pressure in your blood when your heart rests between beats. Educate Employees on Cyber Security

knowledge may pose one of the greatest risks to an organization’s network security. Hackers often send “phishing” emails that contain viruses which can then be opened by unsuspecting employees. Also, employees logging on to the company network using an unprotected Wi-Fi connection may open the network to vulnerability.

Final Rule on Religious Exemptions to Contraceptive Coverage

On July 10, 2015, final regulations on the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) women’s preventive care coverage requirement were released. The ACA requires non-grandfathered health plans to provide coverage for preventive health services for women, including contraceptives, without imposing cost-sharing requirements. The final rule finalizes an accommodation for eligible nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses that have religious objections to providing contraceptive coverage to female employees.
